Ruth has always had the goal to be self-employed. She loves the freedom that accompanies being an entrepreneur and is grateful to be able to set her own hours and work on her timeline.
As a part-time employee at Pharmasave four days a week, the masseuse is thankful for the flexibility she has within her own business. What she is really proud of though, is the results she achieves. She loves hearing feedback from her clients after a successful massage made them feel wonderful and relaxed.
Misty Mountain Massage has been in operation since 2002 so when Ruth decided to make the move to Telkwa, her business moved with her. She is familiar with the benefits of doing business in a small town and is fond of how quiet it is compared to a larger centre. “People are quick to be friendly and helpful,” she explains.
